Block 1939 — 2024 Roger Lee Block, age 85, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 24th, 2024, in the comfort of the home he constructed 56 years ago, surrounded by the love of his family. Roger was born on March 19th, 1939, in Watertown, WI to Arthur and Marcella ( nee Buntrock ) Block. Roger was a graduate of Watertown High School with the class of 1957. He was the first Watertown athlete in history to become a four-time track and field letter winner.
